I “voted” by not voting. On either side of this divide, friends and acquaintances will be lost and I don’t choose that. Better choices are: 1) focus on privacy 2) focus on security 3) options for family friendly feed that can be toggled 4) options for underage feed for under 18 teenagers that parents can regulate 5) plan for future quantum vulnerabilities 6) build a digital “cheers bar” that includes more than one ideal and where everyone knows your name. (Except those you block/mute)
