if you're still there and looking for a nice relief from the cold, here's one recommendation in insadong it's nothing "insta" worthy and many like it have come and gone in that neighborhood, but this one has been around for at least 3 decades now (used to go at least once a month) - it's very cozy and offers a nice break for like an hour
