For the most part of the past 81 days (2.7 months) I've kept a 9am alarm to program my body into the habit of waking up earlier (Except for treat days once a week and a few edge cases).\n\n- I know 9am is not early compared to the people posting ≤6am alarm screenshots. It is a start. \n- Many days I've been waking up naturally between 7-8am. However setting an alarm creates accountability.\n- Most days I find my mind is better at focusing on hard things earlier in the day which I enjoy.\n\nIt takes an average of 66 days to form a habit.","images":["https://imagedelivery.net/BXluQx4ige9GuW0Ia56BHw/3999492b-36a0-471f-7fac-498b3bbee800/original"],"farcaster":"https://farcaster.xyz/adamhurwitz/0xe839908e51b2673b1302cb30e6db8670cdc9a6ae","firefly":"https://firefly.social/post/farcaster/0xe839908e51b2673b1302cb30e6db8670cdc9a6ae"}
