I ripped the filter twice this morning with only 2 tablespoons of ground coffee. Anyone else experience this with pour overs? I'm hoping it's an easy fix by using a cone shaped filter with the MiiR Pourigami instead of a flat bottomed filter. This is my first time switching from a reusable hemp to biodegradable filter in 5 years.
Life update: I've invested $15 in a MiiR Pourigami for brewing coffee ☕️ It's light and compact to take anywhere with my carry on only setup, and stainless steel. This is after 6 years of brewing pour overs mostly with a GSI Outdoors filter holder that I recently realized is potentially emitting microplastics through its polyester|nylon material
