Both were amazing. Because I was prepared for this one with something I needed to think through I feel that I took away even more than the 1st time.\n\nI'm well disciplined in every area of health I can think of except for sleep.\n- During my session I thought about how I can create positive feelings in the evening before bed\n- What I came up with is to think about how \"slow is good\". Slowing down and doing less leads to rest and sleep.\n- I realized before the session that I associate being tired with feeling bad and that I pump myself up in the evening to feel good about what I did that day or the upcoming day instead of allowing myself to feel tired\n- I didn't like \"sleep is good\" because that is too goal oriented. If I'm not sleeping right away than I could feel anxious.","farcaster":"https://farcaster.xyz/adamhurwitz/0xbc3939853ced27457edbba228c4f9ad6ad7da2d9","firefly":"https://firefly.social/post/farcaster/0xbc3939853ced27457edbba228c4f9ad6ad7da2d9"}
