Unfiltered coffee like through a french press or other less fine metal filter can potentially increase the risk of diseases in the long term I wonder if reusable organic hemp and cloth filters are classified as filtered? I'd estimate they are "filtered" because from my experience using a hemp filter for the past 5 years it has a noticeably finer filter than metal filters based on the sediment levels in the cup
