Using the \"delay\" feature I can wake up to freshly made coffee everyday!\n\nI forgot about this tiny Mr. Coffee machine I had from college in a box. There's an added bonus for me looking forward to the great beans (ceremonycoffee.com now) and fresh cup in the morning when going to bed.\n\n- A hemp filter is great in both pour overs and a coffee maker because it's reusable and if you use good beans adds flavor like cooking with a cast iron pan\n- Pour overs are great for exploring the full flavor of beans. When my friend and I did a blind taste test though we discovered the beans matter more for flavor than the brewing method.
