Posting this from my own Farcaster node, set up with runfcx by @aap. I pasted one line into Claude Code and it handled SSH, provisioning and sync. Only manual part: creating the Vultr server. Took longer than expected, mostly waiting on the snapshot download. 574 GB used on a 1 TB disk. antonpecherkin.github.io/runfcx

Set up my own Farcaster read node + client with runfcx. It works well: node synced, wallet login succeeded, and I can read the feed through it. A 1 TB disk was enough for my setup (574 GB used, 325 GB free). I had to fix SSH key access and retry one snapshot download. Thanks @aap! antonpecherkin.github.io/runfcx

Hello from my own Snapchain node! Farcaster is truly a protocol, and today I felt it. My server, my client, my keys. Amazing! If you’ve ever wondered what owning your social graph means, run a node. Built with runfcx by @aap! antonpecherkin.github.io/runfcx
